Experiment Data

Note: Please see Program Settings on how to set up the data folder.

You can associate pictures and any other data files of an experiment with the experiment record. By this way the files are also associated with the animals in the experiment.

You can add data files when adding a new experiment. See Add New Experiment for detail.

To update the group information in the existing experiment, open the "Experiment" window first, then select the "Experiment picture" or "Experiment data" panel.

You can add multiple files at one time:

The default "short decription" of a file is its file name. You can select multiple files in the panel and change their "short description" at one time.

You can add any type of files into the "experiment data" panel. You can preview excel files in the "experiment data" panel by double click the file. Click to open the file in the system default program.
